Products Purchased from Bazaar Grab will be delivered to you by an Express Service. For Orders within Dhaka City Limit it will be flat BDT 60 will be added as delivery Charge. Invoice Value more than BDT 4,000 will be eligible for Free Delivery. If you want to pick up the products by yourself you can select local pick-up and place the order without any additional charges. If you select local Pick-up, our team will update you about the readiness of your order.
Delivery for outside Dhaka is also available with conditions. For orders outside Dhaka City Limit will require full payment in advance and delivery charges will be added case to case depending on the size of the order.
For all orders within Dhaka City Limit will take approximately 24 to 72 Hours to Reach you depending on the time to place the order and the Area you are living in.
For all orders outside Dhaka City Limit may take a bit longer but we will keep you posted when we ship it out, possible shipment date and ETA.
Immediately after you place the order on Bazaar Grab, our Customer support team will do the initial checking and will confirm the order with you over phone. Once the order is confirmed, your order will be forwarded to our warehouse and they will deliver your order.
Immediately after Bazaar Grab Receives the order confirmation from you, an invoice will be delivered to you by email. In addition to that, you will receive a printed copy of invoice along with your order.
While purchasing from Bazar Grab, you will have a flexible payment system if your location is within Dhaka city limit. You can choose Bkash Payment or Cash on Delivery for your orders. For the order outside Dhaka city limit, we will process the orders with advanced Payments only.

To Change or modify you must log in to your Bazaar Grab account. You may not be able to modify or cancel the order that is already under process. In that case you can contact with our support team and they will assist you.
